Public website information
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the public ClaimNerve marketing website handles information. It does not describe a future authenticated product or any separately agreed pilot.
1. This is a public marketing website
The V0 site provides product and business-development information. It creates no public user account and operates no public claim-processing database, claim form, document upload, customer portal, or product API.
2. Information you choose to provide
If you contact ClaimNerve, you may provide ordinary business contact information and the contents of your message. Limit messages to business contact and workflow-level information. Do not include claim files or confidential shipment details.
3. Scheduling through Calendly
The booking links open Calendly (opens in a new tab). When clicked, you leave this site and provide scheduling information directly to Calendly under its own terms and privacy notice. Calendly is not embedded and receives no request from this site until you choose the link.
4. Email through Google infrastructure
Public email is handled through the Gmail/Google infrastructure associated with [email protected]. Your email provider and Google may process message and connection information under their own terms. Email is not an approved claim-file intake channel unless separate written handling authority exists.
5. Analytics, advertising, and cookies
ClaimNerve does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or marketing cookies in V0. The site uses no cookie banner because the current implementation does not set nonessential tracking cookies. A later change would require separate review and an updated notice before publication.
6. Basic hosting records
A future static hosting provider may process standard delivery and security logs, such as IP address, time, requested path, user agent, and response status, to serve and protect the site. No hosting provider has been selected or configured by this local implementation gate, so final publication facts must be reviewed before launch.
7. Third parties
The expected user-initiated third parties are Calendly for scheduling and Gmail/Google for email. The final hosting provider and any later processor must be disclosed accurately before publication. The public site does not connect to TMS, ERP, carrier portal, or production ClaimNerve systems.
8. Retention and choices
Information sent through Calendly or email is retained according to the relevant provider settings and legitimate business needs. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information ClaimNerve controls, subject to applicable obligations and technical limits.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, email [email protected]. Do not attach claim files or confidential shipment information.
