These terms govern use of the public ClaimNerve marketing website for general informational and business-development purposes.
1. Informational website
This website describes a private, founder-led, pre-deployment product direction. It does not create a customer account, subscription, pilot, service level, data-processing agreement, carrier filing, settlement obligation, or recovery guarantee.
2. No legal, financial, insurance, or claims advice
Website content is general operational product information, not legal, financial, insurance, or freight-claim advice. Filing duties, deadlines, liability, tariffs, contracts, evidence acceptance, settlement, and recovery decisions remain with the relevant authorized parties and their professional advisers.
3. No guarantee of payment or recovery
ClaimNerve does not guarantee claim eligibility, carrier acceptance, settlement, payment, cash collection, or any recovery outcome. Product descriptions explain workflow visibility and human review, not promised business results.
4. Workflow reviews
Booking a workflow review through Calendly (opens in a new tab) creates no customer agreement, commitment, exclusivity, or entitlement to a pilot. Either party may decide not to continue after the exploratory conversation.
5. Separate pilot terms
Any paid Recovery Leakage Assessment or Recovery Control Sprint, pilot, or customer service requires a separate written scope and applicable commercial, privacy, security, and data-handling terms. Do not send real claim data before an approved handling plan and agreement exist.
6. Limited product availability
ClaimNerve is not generally available as a public production SaaS service. Availability is limited, qualification-based, founder-led, and subject to a separate decision. Website copy may change as the product is validated, while truth and human-authority boundaries remain controlling.
7. Intellectual property
The ClaimNerve name, site copy, visual presentation, and product descriptions are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view and use this site for ordinary internal evaluation. You may not misrepresent, scrape at disruptive scale, reproduce for competing publication, or remove ownership notices except as permitted by law.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to transmit unlawful or confidential third-party information. The site has no intended upload or account surface.
9. External services and changes
Calendly and email services are governed by their own terms. The local V0 is not deployed, and final hosting facts require review. ClaimNerve may update these website terms prospectively; material publication changes must remain truthful to the implementation.
